Cat size guidance

The system is calibrated for cats weighing approximately 1.5–10 kg / 3.3–22 lb. It is not suitable for kittens or cats below the minimum weight because the sensors may not detect them reliably. Compare your cat’s size with the entry and interior space before ordering.

• Follow the included instructions for assembly, app pairing and compatible litter
• Keep the sensor area and moving components clean and unobstructed
• Empty the waste compartment and replenish litter as needed

Important safety notes

Never place the unit on thick carpet, a litter mat or an uneven surface that could interfere with weight detection. Do not allow kittens, undersized cats or children to enter or play with the machine. Disconnect power before deep cleaning or servicing. Sensors are a safety aid, not a substitute for correct setup, inspection and supervision.
